Job Position: Inside Sales Account Executive

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Your knowledge of inside sales combined with your communication skills, analytical abilities and interest in helping small to enterprise-sized businesses market their products and services effectively through our proprietary technology, will ensure success in this key position. As a key member of our Sales organization, you’ll play an invaluable role in growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals.

  • As an Inside Sales AE you will close New Business Accounts.

  • Identify and Prospect via various strategic initiatives such as collaboration with Marketing/Lead Generation agencies, networking and online research.
  • Perform client meetings over the phone and face to face.
  • Conduct research to develop pitch strategies that capitalize on market potential.
  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through prospecting, formal presentations, product demonstrations and finally, closing the sales.
  • Grow and manage a balanced pipeline to achieve sales objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic negotiation and influencing skills and an ability to persuade.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales
  • High level of understanding of social media, digital media, software, and advertising.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients.
  • Good phone skills and experience in outbound sales.
  • Organized, responsible and with a proven ability to work well with and team.
  • Self-starter and motivated by success.
  • You must be a "Closer" and you must have a strong will.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • First-year is projected at $90,000 -$100,000 w/ Uncapped Commissions.
