How does the referral platform help companies to manage and track referrals?

Every referral that is submitted through the referral app will be sent directly into the company’s dashboard. The company users get notified every time a new Advocate signs up or sends a referral. The users can then move the referrals through different stages of the sales process keeping the users and Advocates up to date on the status of that referral.

What is an Advocate and what do they do?

An Advocate is anyone who is willing to send the company a referral. This is not limited to customers; it can be friends, neighbors, business associates, or even the potential customers who sales team meet and don’t move forward. Just because they don’t need the service at this time, doesn’t mean they wouldn’t be willing to get rewarded for sending referrals!

What are sales seats?

Each of the sales reps will have their own login into your dashboard and their names will appear in the referral app so that the Advocates can select the sales rep they worked with. Companies need a sales seat for each sales representative that would like to have these permission. Read More

How do I get customers (Advocates) submit referrals?

There are two ways to sign up customers for the referral program:

1. Downloading the referral app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on their smartphones OR,

2. Sign up through the referral Web App which is a simplified version of the mobile app.

After the customer sign up, he/she will include referrals details (name, email and phone) and click on submit.

When and how does a company pay its customers?

The nice thing is that companies get to choose when they pay their Advocates!

Our platform has 3 payment triggers: verified, sold, and bonus. This means that companies can pay Advocates when they send a qualified referral, when a sell is made to a referred contact, and companies can also set up a bonus opportunity if they’d like. Read More

If I pay my Advocates through the app, do I have to do a 1099 for taxes?

I am an advocate, how do I receive my rewards?

It's easy to receive rewards through the Advocator App! Advocates will receive a notification when they've been paid, then they will open the referral app and go to Advocator Wallet. From there, they can choose how to collect the rewards. They can choose between direct deposit, PayPal, digital gift cards, or a virtual debit card that can be used anywhere!

How much time will it take to manage this program?

That’s up to you, but typically our most successful customers are spending between 1-4 hours a week updating information for their Advocates. What also works very well is to nominate a Referral Champ within the company to take care of Advocates and Referrals updates and rewards in a daily or weekly basis.

The good thing is that companies always have the support of our customer service team: the Account Manager assigned to the company will be available for questions, trainings, solving issues and help manage the program.
