Integration Types

The primary three (3) integration types have been introduced below. There are a variety of integration options for API users.

When an advocate (aka someone who refers your company) submits a referral through your GTR app, the referral's contact information is stored in the GTR database as a “lead”. You can then push that lead to your CRM (or other external services) using Zapier, or directly with a webhook.  The Lead Push integration is considered real-time. When an advocate submits a referral, it is pushed to your CRM in minutes, if not seconds.

When the status of a lead changes in your CRM, the Lead Status Change integration can make sure that the same change is also made in Get The Referral. This is necessary for the advocate to track the change in their app and to facilitate referral rewards.

Your customers (and advocates) can keep track of their project statuses in your GTR app. When the status of a project changes in your CRM, status in the app can be synced to that change with a Project Stage Update integration.
