Get The Referral (GTR) July 2025 - “Double Your Dollars” Referral Promotion Terms & Conditions - updated 07/01/2025:
1. Promotion Period
This promotion begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to:
• Current GTR clients, their designated advocates, and eligible marketing contacts.
• Participants must use the GTR Enterprise app to submit referrals during the Promotion Period.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of participating in the program under applicable laws.
3. Promotion Details
• Participants will earn $25 for each referred lead that completes a demo with GTR during the Promotion Period.
• Participants will earn $500 (double the standard payout of $250) for each referred lead that becomes a GTR customer (“sold referral”) from referrals created during the Promotion Period.
• Participants will earn an additional $250 bonus for every four (4) sold referrals submitted during the Promotion Period.
• Deals submitted during the Promotion Period qualify for rewards regardless of when they close.
4. Reward Payment
• Cash rewards will be paid out through the GTR Enterprise app.
• GTR clients who choose to redeem rewards as credits toward their GTR subscription must contact their Client Success Manager for tracking and application of credits.
• Rewards are subject to verification of eligibility and referral validity by GTR.
5. Additional Terms
• Referrals must comply with GTR’s Referral Program guidelines.
• GTR reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards earned.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Governing Law
This promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and GTR’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
