Covid Comments:  Although temporarily working from home, as soon as allowed we will all be back in our clean, spacious Downtown San Diego office, playing ping pong and using the massage chair in between writing up deals and supporting our customers.  We temperature check and take all precautions so we can work hard and play too, so if you are a trustworthy, innovative, clear communicator who loves to collaborate with a team, read on!

As an Account Executive you will be presenting a Product Demo via Zoom Video, screen sharing a PowerPoint Presentation.  Because you understand the Solar and Home Improvement Industries, you will be a consultative and trusted partner for these companies, listening for their needs and matching our product and service solutions to solve their problems. 

You will work your pipeline, staying top of mind with your prospects until you close the deal.  Although we also have a team of BDRs who provide warm and ready prospects to the AEs, during training and at various times throughout the year you will self-gen leads as well.  Account Executive responsibilities also include developing strong relationships with prospects, connecting with key business executives, creating a desire to purchase in a timely manner, and turning them into customers.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and then exceed sales objectives by ferociously managing your pipeline.
  • Maintain utmost integrity and professional sales standards, providing excellent customer service and setting proper expectations for long term subscriptions.
  • Build and collect contracts and other information from a prospect in order to properly move the new client to the next steps in the process. 
  • Update all account activities in Hubspot CRM and any other tracking sheets provided.
  • Attendance and participation in weekly sales/company meetings.
  • M-F 8 hour days., Occasional OT may be required if customer requests a demo, or if (after Covid) you work a Trade Show event. 
  • Maintain an updated online calendar to allow for proper appt. scheduling 
  • Customer appointments are not to be rescheduled unless at the customer’s request.
  • Customer callbacks must be completed within a 2-hour window
  • Sales Representatives must look professionally groomed at all times.
