Job Position: Sales Development Rep

Location: San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:
  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll conduct outbound business to business cold calls to generate high-quality, qualified leads for various sales team members.

  • During each call, you’ll ask questions to learn about their current business situation, evaluate their goals, and determine whether a customized mobile app could improve their referral process.

  • Pipeline Management & CRM entry.

  • Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts. Collaborate and strategize with Account Executives,, Marketing, Partnerships Team, and Sales Manager

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months+ outbound sales experience in the SaaS space.

  • Fearless to pick up the phone and cold call potential buyers.

  • Team player and self-motivator

  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills.

  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment.

  • Work hard and have fun.

  • Qualify leads to identify sales opportunities and set up meetings for Account Executives.

  • Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
