In October 2017, the company had 6 deals coming from referrals, while a year later, in October 2018 (with GTR), the sales from referrals were 8 times more!

According to Kristie, referrals were always a good source of leads for the company, but the usage of the app was definitely a game-changer because now they don’t rely only on people’s willingness to call to their office or talk to a salesman to refer.
