Panasonic, Elevation, and GTR: A Successful Partnership!

GTR has partnered with Panasonic to become a preferred vendor for installers. This collaboration allows GTR’s referral software to help installers increase their referrals from existing customers and brand advocates. With GTR, they increase referrals and gain access to communication tools that help engage customers throughout and after the project.

Jacqueline Nelson-Burke, Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at Panasonic, shares her positive feedback on the partnership: “I was actually grateful to see something like this because it’s an option for them. A lot of the installers have been taking advantage of the tool.” For Jacqueline, the key to success lies in working with dealers who understand what to expect from the tool. She added, “When dealers know what to expect from the tool and work with it, that’s where the success happens! ”

Elevation Solar takes customer service very seriously, but it struggled with a smooth referral process before using GTR. With the Referral Platform, they now have a formal process, all in one place—from referrals to monitoring systems.
