Our payment processing partner, XTRM, has announced an important upgrade coming to enhance the speed and performance of their services. The GTR wallet within your app will be inaccessible during this time. Administrators will also not be able to make payments from the dashboard or view previous payments. More details below:
March 24, 2024 Notice Details:
Downtime Period: Sunday, March 24th, from 1:00 AM EST to 9:00 AM EST.
(Saturday, March 23rd, from 10:00 PM PST to Sunday, March 24tth, 6:00 AM PST)
XTRM Services Affected : XTRM API, mobile application, and xtrm.com.
GTR Services Affected: The wallet in the app will be inaccessible. Administrators will not be able to make payments from the dashboard or view previous payments.
